This page describes how personal data submitted through Stefano Gallo’s contact form are processed.

Purposes and legal basis

The data are used to receive and handle your request. Where the communication concerns pre-contractual steps or an existing relationship, the basis is GDPR Art. 6(1)(b). For other voluntary professional messages and for security and abuse-prevention measures, the basis is Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in replying and protecting the service).

Data processed

Name, email address, subject and message, together with technical data strictly necessary to operate the site and prevent abuse.

Recipients

Messages are delivered to the controller through the hosting and email providers used to run the site. There is no advertising, analytics or profiling technology.

Retention

Messages are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to reply and handle related follow-up, and longer only where required by legal duties or the defence of rights. Security data are kept for a limited time. Provider logs follow the providers’ own policies.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising, analytics or profiling cookies.

Where provided by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability through the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
